1. The program
ConstraLabs Text Messages are sent by ConstraLabs to people who use our Punch List and Time Clock apps, in Canada and the United States. Every message names ConstraLabs, so you always know who it is from.
We send account messages only. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
2. What we send
- Sign-in and verification codes that you request when you sign in or add a phone number.
- An invitation to the app when your employer’s administrator adds you, with a link to get the app.
- A notice that a report was shared with you when a project team gives you access to it.
3. How you opt in
Codes: you ask for a code yourself, on the sign-in screen or when you add a phone number. That request is your consent to receive that code.
Invitations and report notices: your employer’s administrator, or the project team sharing a report, enters your mobile number and must tick a box confirming that you agreed to receive texts from ConstraLabs. Nothing is sent without that confirmation. We record when consent was given and ask again whenever the number changes.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of using our apps.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Most people receive only a few texts, such as one invitation and the codes they request.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
5. Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. Reply START to receive texts again.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email sam@constralabs.ai. You can also call +1 (236) 591-3491, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PT.
6. Delivery
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and coverage.
7. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our SMS provider, Twilio, receives your number only to deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
